hello all!
the hols are ending...only 3 days left! AHHHH.

i have to study my science. i need to study compounds and mixtures, solutions and suspensions, separation techniques. D': WOW. fortunately ive completed my homework.

im going to St John's Home for Elderly Persons tomorrow for CIP. i did it on wednesday too. sigh. it was TIRING to the max. also, not that fun. ):

went to east coast park for a P6 Star Outing. it was BOOMZ and SHINGZ. real fun. I would say, the FUNNEST(no such word) outing ive ever been too! YAY. we cycled, played dog and bone, ate lots of titbits and talked. HAHA. I tried riding on a bicycle for 2 persons  with Samantha. we kept falling, but after many attempts, we managed to ride it! it was REAL FUN. so sad no pics of us, but there's a group photo of us. go look up facebook! :D
I'm REALLY looking forward to another event. Thanks to all who made it to the event! YOU MADE MY DAY. ><

it's a cooling Wednesday afternoon. It just rained and I love the weather now! XD
I'm not going overseas this hols as my sis has A levels. But we'll most likely go Japan in December. YAY. CAN'T WAIT!

I have completed all my school homework except for my lit poem! YAYYYY. I'm stuck at it and I have no idea when I'm gonna complete it. ._____.
i have started my revision for science. or rather, i've been making notes. yesterday, I spent one whole afternoon making notes just for elements and compounds! ARGH. I can't believe it. I'm too slow. ):
I'm gonna revise history and geog later just in case I forget all i have learnt.

there's gonna be a 6 Star outing on 22 June, Tuesday@East Coast Park! YAYYYY. I can't wait. 13/23 of my classmates are going and I think they have grown. LOL. We're gonna play games, talk, take pictures and hopefully have loads of fun. i pray that God will grant us good weather! (:

I had science tuition just now and have learning lab later in the evening. My parents spend lots of money on tuition for my sisters and me, which is bad. ): hopefully it helps.

oh and I'm sort of addicted to hotel city, a game on facebook! AHHHHHHH. i shall limit myself to only 20 min of it everyday. How's that? :D

i feel guilty.

today, im free the entire day. however, i have not been spending my time wisely. I planned to complete 1 concert report, practise piano and do a research for lit. BUT NONE HAS BEEN COMPLETED! argh. this is so bad. you know why i have not accomplished anything? because i have been playing hotel city and i also watched a movie called Dear John on the internet!! ahhhhh. too much a distraction. ): how??

im currently doing  concert report, but i have many questions to ask. Can we do this in point form? must we print out the article from the internet or can we just type out the internet address on our research? ): and i can't find the number of movementsk, form and tempo in my song!! AHHHHHH. how to finish??

okay. anyway, my eyes are getting tired. should i go down for a break? or should i continue? this is so annoying.
okay im currently asking my friend my questions. hopefully she knows the answers.

It's the holidays.

hello to my friends and my HOLIDAY!! (:
YAY! the hols are here. and another term is GONE. wow. time flies. ):

What are holidays for? These are my perspectives on holidays.
-it is a time to catch up with family. (e.g.go out!!)
-it is a time to catch up with studies.
-it is a time to relax. (YAY!)
-it is a time to reflect on yourself.
-BUT it is NOT a time to slack!!!!!!!!!!!


i would say, that my results are up to my standard, just that i have to pull up my socks for history and geog which are memorising subjects. I have to confess, *pssst* i usually study at the last minute! HEEES.

oh and i wanna share with you a really funny incident recently. when my mum was driving me home from my dental appointment, i saw a car seat in the middle of the expressway! AHHAHAH. I think it probably fell off a lorry. how hilarious.

oh well. i wanna apologise profusely for not blogging in ages. maybe hardly anyone reads my blog. or should i put it on private? hmmmmm. im thinking. im thinking.

tomorrow im going for a concert! :D watching a jap guy with only one arm playing the piano. I think it'll  be rather interesting.
then on tuesday, will go out with cell group to eat free dessert at max brenner at the esplanade. I invited some of my friends too! I'm so excited! :DDD

oh oh oh! guess what? im singing on youth saturday which is my youth group, U-connect's 2nd anniversary!!! WOO HOOO! Anyway, problem is, im singing as loud as possible into the microphone already but they can't hear me. )): dunnno why. I hope on Saturday it will all turn out fine and we'll have a splendid time. YAY. XD

I met up with en qi, amanda tay, melissa at mel's house on thursday and we had a wonderful time playing! HAHAHAH. We played monopoly deal, watched a bit of little mermaid 2 , watched mr bean, played cluedo and took photos. MELLY UPLOAd THE PHOTOS ON FACEBOOK SOON! ((:

WHOO HOO! im so happy. I never expected so little homework from my teachers. I only have english (which i have finished) and chinese. also have to do some PE FITT thing and also PW. bleh. but oh wells. THIS IS SECONDARY SChOOL LIFE. i guess. :P

lalalala, im not so sure what to blog about, but guess what? i put on braces! :D so i wanna say "BYEBYE" to my cute bunny teeth and "HELLO!" to my 4 shades of blue braces. heheh. can't wait to take them out. sometimes they hurt like crazy. what i hate most is when i have to brush teeth. so tedious man! it's like you have to brush the gum, the up and down of the braces, the inside and outside, i have to floss and use this mini toothbrush to brush the parts the toothbrush can't reach. HAHHA.

im missing my P6 friends, they are much closer, much warmer, much funnier. SIGH. But oh wells, i have to accept my Sec 1 friends too i guess. (:

my best  subject now is obviously math, followed by i think english. im not exactly sure as i dont have exams but tests are every week. EVERY WEEEK!?!? believe it or not. common tests every week. ): would you die? i hope i wont though. :DDD

I am now in CHIJ St Nicholas Girls, happy there. friends are okay, in choir. lalalalla! but not really enjoying it though...i didn't want to go there anyway. but for the sake of MEP, oh wells. ahhahaha.

how's school for everyone? tomorrow there is a off day for the whole school as my school is celebrating the good o level results. ahhaha. YAY.

 oh! now is my common test period so many tests so have to study hard hard! hahah. i think now my best subject is math. still. XD

BACK FROM MALAYSIA!! (:

hi guys! (:
i am back from malaysia as you can see from the title. I ate Macdonalds' Filet-O-Fish, fries and ice lemon tea. I left Singapore at around 1.15pm and arrived at Seremban at 5.15pm, so it was about a 4-hour trip. Along the way, we saw many accidents.Those people were most likely speeding like mad.

1st day-Trip to Seremban
When we arrived at Seremban which is where my paternal grandparents stay, i went for dinner at some satay place and ate 16 satays and drank milo tea. My sisters took some pics while i was bathing.. Sorry! I can't put the pics of us here for privacy's sake but you can look them up facebook soon. (: Then, I watched chuck on television.

2nd day
We went out for  lunch and went to eat Chendol. I did my learning lab homework and played the piano. My grandma cooked dinner for us and some of her good friends from church. YUMMM...At night, there was caroling  by the carolers from my grandma's church. It  was enjoyable and they sang very well.

3rd day-Trip to KL

We went to take pictures, such as jumping shots, in my grandma's garden for it had a very nice bouganvillea vine hanging down.Then we made our way to Kuala Lumpur, which is at Ce Ee<7th aunty>'s house. They have a female dog, a mixed Labrador and beagle, called Lucky. At first, it pounced on me for it thought I was a stranger!! :0 It stratched me, but it was not pain after a while. Later, I let it sniff me and that acknowledged that I am no stranger to him. (:
I watched television and had barbeque for dinner until 11pm as there was only 1 pathetic small bbq pit. I ate 2 chicken wings, 2 sausages and a drink of coca-cola. I wasn't so hungry after that as I ate noodles before that.

4th day-Tip to Bukit Tinggi
We woke up at around 8+ and left the place at 11+. We reached bukit tinggi at around 12. We explored the place, went to have lunch at some Japanese restaurant, then checked in at 4pm. Initially, the kids planned to play pinball, but after that we changed to bowling as pinball was painful. It was fun, although I only hit down 27 pins in total. Counting  that I did not hit any for the first few games is already not bad. (: My best was hitting down 9 pins. I needed to bend lower. XD Joanne JJ, daddy and some others had strike. 
After a game, I went back to the hotel tgt with Rachel JJ and her parents. We went to shower before going down for dinner. It was freezing COOOLLLD, but fortunately I brought down my jacket. (:
I watched 2 eps of Chuck on Rachel JJ's mac computer and then played 2 games of card games. It was like you had to open the cards and then when the card is similar to someone else's, you have to call the person's name. We changed the names to others, like we switched names with each other and have occupations as our names.

I slept on a king sized bed tgt with Sophie JJ and my 2 sissys. Unfortunately, I unknowingly took up most of the space and they had a bad sleep while I had a good sleeep. XD 



5th day-Trip back to Singapore
We went to the Botanical gardens after checking out of the hotel. We climbed the hill and it was very tiring. Guess what? my mum made it!!! (: However, botanical gardens was not as nice as expected. That morning was very hot, so i got a sun burn. Do you know that the morning sun is good for you as it gives you Vitamin D?? (:
We then went to eat lunch at some Cantonese place. It was quite nice. :D
After that, we went to buy some groceries. OOPS..I mean the adults did. the cousins waited for them as we took photos. Then, it was FAREWELL. But we're gonna see them during Chinese New Year anyway. (: and im gonna see my cousees tomorrow as they are coming down from 23-26. YAY!!!


Okay, im really excited for tomorrow. On the 25th, we are going for a Christmas dinner at Raffles Town Club. On the 27th-29th, im going for u-connect chalet tgt with yi ting! more YAYS!!!!! ((:

I've got loads to say, cos i've not blogged for quite some time.

MY DREAM: I dreamt that Gloria and I were at some bookshop and then we spotted playdoh. Then we started playing with it and there were some things that you know, when you push the playdoh in then it will come out that shape?? yeah i dont know how to explain and what's that haaaha. So anyway, we made dresses, shirts, and others. AHHAAH.

WHAT I'VE BEEN DOING: I've been watching Disney shows, such as Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid. I've watched Cinderella before so i didn't watch it.
To my dear friends: Try watching them! It's actually preettty interesting (:


PLAYDOH-ING: I played with playdoh on the 8 Dec and sculped Shawn the Sheep. It was a disaster  but real FUN. I started playing with playdoh when Rachel, my 20-year-old cousin introduced me to it. HAHAHA.
To my dear friends: PLAY WITH IT!! It's really fun too! Discover the FUN in PLAYDOH!!! :D

PUBLIC SPEAKING EXAM: I went for my exam and it was okay, although i think the examiner wasn't really listening to me. Very hard to explain over here why. For the exam, i took Grade 2, heheh. ^^ If you're wondering what it is, it is learning how to speak confidently. The exam is broken down into 3 parts: Introduction and your hobby/ies, Organising an event, Book/Movie review.
I think i will do okay, maybe just a merit or pass. HAHA. The results will be out near the end of December. I'm really anticipating it. >.<

A FIGHT: Rebecca, my second sis, fought with Joanne, my oldest, on 10 Dec. The fight was very lame, it was because Rebecca was not doing her work and was watching tv, so Joanne went to confiscate her mobile phone and the tv controller. but being an expert in technology, Rebecca managed to switch on the tv again. The tv's in my parents' room, so she locked the door and we couldn't go in. I brought up lunch for her to eat and it got cold cos she never came out until i persuaded her to. She even got so upset until she said she wasn't going to eat anymore as she does not find any meaning in living. She hates herself and even wrote on a piece of paper: Rebecca Ong je, go and die. scary isn't it??
To my dear friends: NEVER DO WHATEVER REBECCA DID!!

GOING OVERSEAS: I'm going malaysia!!! (: so excited as i can see my whole extended family tgt!! Esp my maternal side...do you know how many siblings my mum has? 9!! hAHAHHA. 8 girls, 1 boy. lol. anyway, cant tell when im going for privacy. Sorry guys. ): Guess what? my grandma has a pet cat, and it's called 'shermel'. not sure how to spell but it's pronounced like that. ^^

CHRISTMAS!!!! Christmas is approaching! Who wouldn't be excited? I AM! However, my aunt is asking me for my christmas list but i don't have any. I just need...

I didn't think so at first. I thought i tried my best, but along the way home after my mum's lecture of "YOU DIDN'T TRY YOUR BEST", i realised, yes. i didn't.

my mum was saying that i am worth more than my results, which i say it's true. And she said something else, but wouldn't say cos it may be offensive to someone.

Is it the end of PL?

heyhey.
School has officially ended on Friday, but i'll still be seeing my friends on Thursday, 26 November when i collect my results. However, looking at my title, i'm not sure if it's the end of PL for me. As if i do well, i won't return to PL but if i don't do well, i wil go back.

Btw, I have BOLD my words to let readers chose what they wanna read since my posts are always so long. HAHA. Those in others colours is a letter to Bloggers.

That reminds me! I had a DREAM OF PSLE RESULTS. i dreamt that Yi Ting had 2nd in Singapore for Math! Gosh. And then everyone went WOW..WAH. ahhaha. I can't really recall who was 1st, 2nd and 3rd..sorry ahha.

Well, since only my friends read my blog, i shan't talk about what happened in school since everybody says the same thing on their blogs and they will be reading the same thing AGAIN.

Oh yeah. Guess what? I got Distinction for NEW SOUTH WALES MATH! YIPEEEEE. I scored 34/40, which is one more mark away from High Distinction! :( I am top 4% in Singapore, and that's a REAL achievement. But still, I am very proud of myself as i have never done so well in my whole primary school years. Even my family's proud of me. :D

My mum just signed me up for a MATH TUITION with ms Lee, Rebecca's and Sophie's (my cousin) tutor. My mum says if I don't do well in PSLE, it's okay, just do well in Seconday. Just now during lunch, my mum and Joanne jiejie said that I may not fit into the Cedar environment. Not sure why, but she says I will fit into the MGS environment. My dad feels that i should go to a mission school as the school not only teaches good values, there are christian friends too who will influence me. (: Apparently, my parents don't mind me going to Cedar although it is not a Mission school as many PL girls go to Cedar. YAY!!

I went shopping with my family last night! It was okay, but i didn't buy anything. Sigh...everytime i go shopping, i wouldn't bring back anything but my sister's clothes. How sad and boring. Plus, they will pass their unwanted clothes to me! Now my closet is filled with their old clothes. YUCK.

I've got a NEW HOBBY! it's collecting postcards!! It's quite interesting, and some are fancy while others are cute. I've collected about 10 so far, and i'm looking forward to increase the number!! (:

Oh ya. I did this sorta likea contacts of my friends and many of their AMBITINOS ARE TO BE LAWYERS! :0 Some examples are Yi Ting, Pearlyn, Shi Li and Jiahui. I'm quite surprised as I thought most of them wold like to be doctors. well, i want to be a lawyer too. My mum inspired me too one day, as she said I talk well and sometimes make people speechless. Plus, i'm a debator. :D
If you ask me why I wanna be a lawyer, i would say: i would like to make a difference to the world and bring justice.
Err...i'm at a short of words. ahhahahaa!! :P:P:P:P
Okay, but if you ask me why i wanna be a vet, I would say: I'm an animal lover and would like to cure the sick animals, such that they would be healthy again. I want to stop animal cruelty/abuse too, as when so, more animals will reproduce and thus there will be many breeds of animals, and probably there would not be anymore endangered animals! :D

WOW. so...this explains why i wanna be a vet?? I wasn't really sure myself but now i know. (: THANKS BLOGGERS, YOU ALLOW ME TO DISCOVER MANY THINGS AFTER I START BLOGGING! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR ENCOURAGEMENTS TOO! :D

Okay, it's time to end my post. And THANKS TO THOSE WHO SPEND TIME READING MY EVER-LOOONG POSTS. I always have something to say. ahahha.

It's rather early to have a lesson learnt, but i would say that in church on saturday, i learnt about the POWER OF WORDS. Words can solve and create problems and words can decide your future.

LESSON LEARNT: We should be careful with what we say, as words can impact people. At the same time, i should be careful with what i say to my sis as although she annoys me sometimes, i gotta keep my mouth shut from vulgarities and expletives.
